What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style/colorway, which can be split across standard sizing (S, M, L, XL, etc.). This allows emerging startups and established brands to test new designs with low inventory risk.
Can I order a physical sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce custom prototype samples for your physical inspection and approval of fit, fabric, stitching, and prints before commencing bulk production.
How long does sample creation take?
Sample development typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on custom fabric sourcing, pattern complexity, and embellishment requirements.
What if I don't have a formal Tech Pack?
You can send us reference photos, design mockups, or physical sample garments. Our product development team will assist in converting your concepts into production-ready specifications, sizing charts, and patterns.
What custom printing and embroidery options do you provide?
We offer a full range of branding techniques, including screen printing, puff print, Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Fabric (DTF), heat transfer, 3D embroidery, chenille patches, custom woven neck labels, care tags, hanging tags, custom polybag packaging.
Can you source custom fabric weights and blends?
Yes, we work with diverse knit and woven fabrics.
What is the standard lead time for bulk production?
Bulk manufacturing generally takes 20–30 business days following final sample approval and deposit payment, depending on order volume and style complexity.
How do you handle Quality Control?
We enforce a Triple Quality Promise based on international AQL/ISO standards:
1. Pre-Production Inspection (PPI): Raw fabric lab testing for GSM compliance, shrinkage, colorfastness, and tech pack verification before cutting.
2. During Production Inspection (DUPRO / In-Line QC): Assembly-line audit at the 10% production milestone to check stitch density (SPI), seam tension, and measurements.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Final hand inspection of every garment for loose threads, skipped stitches, measurement tolerances within ±0.5" and packaging compliance.
Are your facilities certified?
We do not currently hold direct facility certifications, but we strictly operate under ethical labor and safe working standards. Upon request, we can source OEKO-TEX and GOTS certified fabrics from our partner mills.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using express air couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and urgent drops, as well as air/sea freight for larger bulk orders, complete with door-to-door tracking.
What are your payment terms?
For bulk production orders, standard terms are a 50% deposit upon order placement to initiate raw material sourcing, and the remaining 50% balance upon completion and final QC approval prior to shipment.
